This website is managed by The Qurban Project for the purpose of organizing and managing qurban programs, including livestock procurement, slaughtering, processing and distribution of qurban meat to eligible beneficiaries.

1. Participant Registration

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, contact number, address and other required details.

2. Payment

Participation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received through the available payment methods.

3. Qurban Implementation

The management will handle the procurement of animals that meet Islamic requirements, conduct the slaughtering process according to Shariah guidelines and manage the distribution of qurban meat to those in need.

4. Wakalah Appointment

By making payment, participants appoint The Qurban Project as their authorised agent (wakil) to perform the qurban on their behalf in accordance with Islamic principles.

5. Program Changes

The management reserves the right to make changes to the location, schedule or implementation method if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Force Majeure

The management shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, government restrictions or logistics disruptions.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

We may collect personal information including full name, contact number, email address, residential address, identification number and payment details.

2. Use of Information

The information collected is used for:

- participant registration

- payment processing

- communication regarding the program

- service improvement

3. Data Protection

Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.

4. Information Sharing

Personal information will not be sold or traded. However, certain information may be shared with program partners or payment service providers for operational purposes.

Refund Policy

Payments made for participation in the qurban program are considered a commitment to the program managed by The Qurban Project.

1. Participant Cancellation

Refund requests may only be considered if the procurement of the qurban animal has not yet begun.

2. Management Cancellation

If the program cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, the management may transfer participation to an alternative program or arrange an appropriate refund.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

The management will make every effort to ensure that the qurban process is conducted in accordance with Islamic guidelines. However:

- Qurban locations may vary depending on program requirements.

- Photos or documentation may be used for reporting and promotional purposes.

- Distribution of qurban meat depends on the needs of local communities.

The management does not guarantee individual documentation for every qurban animal.
